You don't want to do without a full-bodied loaf of bread with a crispy crust, but don't have the time or inclination to bake it yourself? Or you simply do not have a good bakery in your area? No problem at all! With our pre-baked breads from the Eckert bakery you can always conjure up a fresh, lovingly baked loaf out of the oven. Your whole family will be delighted.

To do this, simply bake our wholemeal spelt bread, mixed bread or rye bread yourself at home in 180 degrees circulating air for 15 to 20 minutes. As the loaves are already pre-baked, not much can go wrong. Perfect for baking beginners or if you want it to go quickly. You can also freeze our pre-baked breads immediately on receipt and finish baking at a later date. Because having little time does not mean that you have to do without high quality, easily digestible food.

Best quality fresh from the baker

We also offer ready-baked breads, which you can eat immediately after receipt. If you order before 5 p.m., we will even send the freshly baked bread to you the following day (valid from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). This saves you the queuing at the baker's or the disappointment that your favourite bread is already sold out. For example, try our seasonal and durable Easter bread with or without chocolate and sultanas. Its dough is similar to that of our Dresden Christmas Stollen, but uses less butter and is therefore much lighter. An insider tip if you want to extend the Stollen time a little more. How about a low-carbohydrate wholemeal oat bread made from wholemeal spelt sourdough with many grains and seeds, without yeast?
