Our mixed bread enjoys great popularity, and not just because of the treats it brings. In fact, a special feature of our products is that you can bring home the aroma that is normally only found in our bakery!

You're probably wondering how that works? It's simple: We have already pre-baked the mixed bread in our bakery, but it needs to go back into the oven in order to unfold its full taste experience. The best time is at 180° convection for 15-20 minutes. This allows the wonderfully crispy crust and soft crumb to develop.
